There are so many views from New York that I would like to share, but here are my favourites. The first is from the High Line pathway – a fantastic reuse of a disused rail line on the western edge of Manhattan. Then on the right, we spotted this wall art when we ventured off the High Line to go and see a Banksy.
We were staying in Brooklyn so it was great to take the opportunity to chill for a while in Brooklyn Bridge Park before walking across Brooklyn Bridge straight into Manhattan.
We spent almost two hours at the top of the Rockefeller Centre watching the sunset and the City light up.
I loved people-watching in Grand Central Terminal – trying to guess where everyone was come from or going to. I’m sure half of the people in there though we just taking photos like us!
And last but not least, probably not one of the most widely recognised buildings in NY – Tom’s Restaurant. This hugely popular restaurant was a 5 minute walk from the apartment we rented. We simply had to go and sample their pancakes and we were not disappointed!
